Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during the therapy session our therapists explore the client’s behavior, thoughts, and feelings.

Therapist will work with individual to uncover unhealthy thought patterns and will discuss alternative ways to change the thoughts to healthy patterns.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is also a part of cognitive behavioral therapy.

DBT usually used by a therapist for an individual who may be at high risk, worsening suicidal behaviors and borderline personality disorder. DBT focuses on mood instability and difficulty regulating emotions.

Key aspect of DBT, it’s a process where therapist and client work together with acknowledgment and modification-oriented strategies, and eventually acquire the stability with the dialectical process.
